RANDOMIZED SITUATIONS. THOUSANDS OF ROLLS.
STOP DRILLING.
START SOLVING.
Roll & Flow BJJ training cards throw you into a random position against a random submission, every round. That's the unpredictable rep that fast-tracks your next stripe, your next medal, your next level on the mat.
THE HONEST PROBLEM
Your game stopped growing
the day it got predictable.
You drill the same 3 setups because they're comfortable — not because they win rounds.
You gas out the second a scramble takes you somewhere you haven't rehearsed.
You freeze in unfamiliar positions instead of flowing — because you've never trained the chaos, only the pattern.
Comfortable reps build a comfortable game. Roll & Flow doesn't let you get comfortable.
HOW IT WORKS
Draw. Set the position. Hunt in secret.
Draw two cards
Draw a Situation card together — the position you both set up. Then each of you privately draws a Submission card from the same deck — the finish only you can see. Neither of you shows the other your card.
Set the position
No warm-up rounds, no negotiating grips. You and your partner start exactly where the cards say — a position neither of you picked.
Roll — hunting in secret
Work live until someone lands their hidden submission or the round ends. You don't know what they're hunting. They don't know what you're hunting. Draw again. New position, new secret, new problem.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Every deck is reps toward the version of you that wins.
Win your next tournament
Competition is chaos with a scoreboard. Train the chaos beforehand and it stops being scary on match day.
Earn the next stripe
Instructors promote well-rounded grapplers. Roll & Flow fills the gaps in your game your regular rolls never touch.
Escape deep submissions
Stop tapping the second you land somewhere unfamiliar. Build the defensive instincts that only come from being there before.
Master the mental game
Random draws kill the anxiety of the unknown. When nothing surprises you anymore, you roll like you've already won.
THE DECK
Every card, a new problem to solve.
Grappling drill cards covering positions from white belt fundamentals to black belt chaos. Submissions from every family — chokes, armlocks, leglocks, everything in between. Shuffle once, train for years.
FROM THE MATS
They stopped guessing. Then they started winning.
"I was stuck at the same three sweeps for a year. Three weeks of Roll & Flow and my coach asked what changed in my game."
"Best warm-up drill our gym has ever run. Nobody stands around waiting — everyone draws, everyone rolls, everyone gets better."
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Your next roll shouldn't look like your last one.
One deck. Every position. Every submission. No more comfortable reps.
QUESTIONS
Before you draw your first card
Does this work for gi and no-gi?
Yes. Every situation and submission on the deck works with or without the gi — grip and control details are left to you and your partner.
What belt level is this for?
Any. White belts use it to see every position early; advanced belts use it to stress-test positions they've gotten too comfortable in.
Do I need a training partner?
Most drills are partner-based, but the situation side alone is a great solo positional-awareness and flow-drill tool.
Is this a good gift for a BJJ practitioner?
Yes — the deck is one of the few BJJ gifts that works for any belt, gi or no-gi. Think of it as jiu jitsu flashcards for live rolling: every draw is a new problem to solve, so it never goes stale.
How is the deck shipped?
Orders ship via USPS within 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping, and you'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
What if it's not for me?
30-day guarantee: if the deck isn't improving your rounds, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase in full — no interrogation. Decks returned in resellable condition; we'll send simple return instructions.
